What to expect?
On average, our customers may see roughly a 50% yield. (IE a 300lb hang weight may produce around 150lbs meat.) We have seen yields lower than 40%, and yields over 60%. It can vary greatly depending on a multitude of factors.
We promise to take every possible action to optimize your yield, however, we cannot predict nor guarantee a specific yield.
Two important factors that impact your yield are:

Shot Placement (location and number of bullets)

Temperature (how quickly the animal remains were cooled)
For an optimal yield, kill it quick and keep it cold!
